Apprentice Recruitment Consultant
Top Drawer Talent is seeking a motivated and ambitious Apprentice 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This unique role offers the opportunity to gain a BA (Honours) in Recruitment Practice, equipping candidates with the skills and qualifications needed to excel in the recruitment industry. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about recruitment. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your role will involve sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ suitability for various positions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be key to your success in this role.

You will attend college one day per week during the academic year, working Monday to Thursday, and transition to a Monday to Friday schedule outside of the academic year. This is an onsite role, providing the benefit of direct interaction and hands-on learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ skills, experiences, and suitability for positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication written & verbal.
- A grade H5 and above in two higher level subjects together with a minimum of O6/H7 in four other subjects
- A minimum of grade O6/H7 in English
- A grade O6/H7 in Mathematics
- Holders of a QQI level 5 or Level 6 (or equivalent) can apply for entry onto the programme
- Learners for whom English is not a first language must demonstrate proficiency in English with CEF B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or recognised equivalent
- Current employees with relevant experience and qualifications (e.g., ERF Programme in Recruitment Practice) are encouraged to apply.
- Applications who do not meet the academic requirements may apply using an application for Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPL)
- Aged 18 or over
