Role: Artic Driver
Salary: €800 a week gross
Duration: Full-time
Location: South Dublin
Artic Driver
Prominent logistics company located in South Dublin is seeking to add a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Artic driver to their dynamic team, to provide essential services for the logistics industry. As a successful candidate you will be the holder of valid CPC & Tachograph cards, as well as a full clean CE license.
This is a multidrop role, therefore previous experience performing multi-drop deliveries in an articulated lorry is preferred for this role. You will have excellent time-management skills, as well as a commitment to exceptional customer-service and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Safely driving an artic lorry
- Unloading deliveries with care
- Planning routes to ensure optimal delivery speeds
- Vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Performing multi drop deliveries daily
- Obeying all traffic laws and regulations, as well as adhering to the company’s safety policy
- Having excellent time-management and arriving on time for drops.
- Maintaining good working relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- A valid CE class Irish or EU driver’s license, CPC and a tachograph card.
- Experience driving artic trucks or similar vehicles.
- Exceptional time-management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safe driving.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid English communication skills
