Role: Artic Haulage Driver (with tipper)  

Salary: €750 – €850 take home weekly

Duration: Full-time

Location: Dublin

Artic Haulage Driver (with tipper

Industry leading haulage company is seeking to add a motivated, experienced and reliable Artic Driver to their multi-faceted team in Dublin. As a successful candidate, you will have direct experience in driving artic lorries with tippers in the haulage industry and be the holder of valid CPC & Tachograph cards, as well as a full, clean CE License, manual handling and Safe Pass.

This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of the business. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the haulage industry and a comprehensive understanding of multi-drop deliveries within Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating an Artic Tipper truck with skill and care, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Planning and optimizing delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
  • Ensuring the truck is in top condition by conducting daily safety checks and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Delivering haulage materials to the specified locations, ensuring accurate quantities and secure transportation.
  • Executing multi-drop deliveries promptly and accurately, ensuring timely arrival at each destination.
  • Strictly following road safety laws and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean CE license.
  • Previous experience driving Artic trucks with Tippers.
  • Prior experience in the haulage industry.
  • Good knowledge of Dublin and Irish roads.
  • Up-to-date CPC and Tachograph cards.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Valid Safe pass and Manual Handling certificates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work 8-am – 4pm Mon-Fri, with occasional Saturday involved.
