Experienced Recruiter – Join Top Drawer Talent

Top Drawer Talent is looking for an experienced recruiter to join a growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong relationships, developing business and connecting talented candidates with the right employers.

Working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates. The role offers plenty of variety and autonomy and would suit someone who is commercially driven, organised and confident managing a busy recruitment desk. Previous recruitment experience is essential, while experience within supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehousing or related sectors would be particularly advantageous.

Responsibilities
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or temporary vacancies.
• Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with existing clients.
• Developing new business opportunities and growing a successful recruitment desk.
• Understanding client requirements and providing recruitment solutions that meet their hiring needs.
• Sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other recruitment channels.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to understand their skills, experience, career goals and suitability for available positions.
• Writing engaging, accurate and SEO-friendly job advertisements to attract high-quality applicants.
• Presenting suitable candidates to clients and providing clear, professional candidate profiles.
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing job offers, salary negotiations and successful placements.
• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates across relevant sectors.
• Proactively identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities.
• Providing an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement and beyond.
• Keeping recruitment systems and candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Working towards individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of service.
• Staying informed about recruitment trends, salaries and developments within the sectors supported by Top Drawer Talent.

Requirements
• To be successful in this position, candidates should have:
• Previous experience working in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• A proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidates and client requirements simultaneously.
• A proactive approach with the motivation to achieve recruitment and business development targets.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Experience recruiting within supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehousing or a related sector would be an advantage.
• Confidence using recruitment databases, job boards, LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms.
