Forklift Driver

Ireland’s leading supplier of heating & plumbing materials to the construction industry is seeking an experienced and skilled forklift driver to their team in South Dublin. You will be a part of a tight-knit team committed to providing essential materials to a thriving industry. This role will secure you a position in a company which fosters growth of their employees by providing a secure role in an industry that is ever growing and in demand.
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate expertise on both PPT & Counterbalance forklifts and be confident in their operation. Previous experience working within a warehouse environment is key in being successful for this role. You will be the holder of valid PPT & Counterbalance licenses, as well as a valid Manual Handling certificate. Previous experience working with stainless steel products is desired for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Safely operating Counterbalance Forklifts
• Transporting goods around the warehouse
• Working on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Picking & packing orders
• Strictly adhering to company health and safety regulations
• Conducting daily safety inspections

Requirements:
• Valid Counterbalance & PPT forklift licenses.
• Manual Handling certificate
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5:30 pm.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Solid English communication skills.
