General Operative

Well-established distribution in South Dublin is currently seeking a reliable General Operative to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a manual handling certificate who is looking for Christmas work with a competitive pay structure, especially on Sundays.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be based in a clean, well-organised facility and play a key part in day-to-day operations. Shifts run from 08:00 to 21:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. For your Sunday shift, you’ll receive a premium rate of €21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Performing general warehouse and operative tasks
• Loading and unloading goods as required
• Supporting team members with day-to-day tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to company health and safety standards
• Following instructions from supervisors and team leads

Requirements:
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate (essential)
• Ability to work scheduled shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 08:00 to 21:00
• Physical fitness and a proactive work attitude
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not required)
