Role: Produmex IT Administrator
Salary: €35,000 – €45,000
Duration: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Onsite, Dublin CityWest

Produmex IT Administrator

Operating  a bustling distribution centre in Dublin, specialising in advanced logistics operations supported by the latest technology, including the SAP-certified Produmex suite. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of operations, ensuring that systems run efficiently and effectively, enabling the smooth flow of operations that drive business success.

As the Produmex IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure specifically related to the Produmex software suite. Your day-to-day activities will be pivotal in the support and enhancement of warehouse operations through effective IT solutions. You will work closely with both the IT team and warehouse operational staff to ensure a seamless integration of technology and operations. The role demands a proactive approach to maintain system performance, undertake regular system updates, and resolve any IT issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and administer the Produmex software and its integration with other systems within the warehouse.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.
Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure software is up-to-date and running smoothly.
Liaise with software providers and internal stakeholders to optimise the Produmex solution.
Train warehouse staff on the effective use of the Produmex system to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve system security and integrity.
Provide technical support and guidance to users, improving system usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to plan and implement new IT solutions that support strategic business goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role with specific experience in managing Produmex or similar warehouse management systems.
Strong knowledge of database management, network administration, and cloud computing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications in Produmex, SAP, or similar platforms are highly desirable.
A deep understanding of the logistics and warehouse operations is crucial.
