Dependable FMCG logistics business, known for consistency and strong driver support, is seeking a Rigid Driver to join their team. You’ll represent a major household brand while enjoying steady routines, structured routes and the satisfaction of delivering quality products every day.

To be considered, you must hold a valid Category C licence, along with up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph card. The role works on a 5-over-7 schedule, which may include working every second weekend.

You’ll start at 05:30am with a truck that’s fully loaded and ready for departure. After your pre drive checks, you’ll complete a planned run of 10–15 stops. When your route is wrapped up, your shift ends right there — no additional drops or late day surprises. The structure is clear, reliable and built to support a healthy work life balance.

Previous multi-drop experience is welcome but not essential. Newly qualified drivers with enthusiasm and a desire to develop are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will receive a comprehensive two week induction, including route familiarisation, handheld device training and shadowing an experienced driver to ensure full confidence before starting solo runs.

Responsibilities
• Complete up to 15 scheduled deliveries safely and efficiently
• Carry out a full set of daily vehicle checks before departure
• Handle goods with care and accuracy at all times
• Operate in full compliance with Road Safety and company standards
• Provide a friendly, professional and customer focused service
• Use the handheld device to scan, verify and record all deliveries

Requirements
• Valid Category C licence
• In-date CPC and digital tachograph card
• Ability to pass a company driving assessment
• Fit to complete company health screening
• Reliable, organised and proactive, with strong problem solving skills
