Rigid Truck Driver
Leading transportation company serving the fast-moving consumer goods industry is looking for a dedicated C Truck Driver to join their dynamic team in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a professional and proactive driver committed to driving the business forward. This is a multidrop role, therefore experience handling such deliveries is a benefit for this role.
As a successful candidate, you must have a valid C license, CPC, and Tachograph cards. Previous experience driving a rigid lorry is preferred, and multi-drop delivery experience is a plus. Additionally, a certain level of physical fitness is required, as you will need to lift and carry loads of up to 20kg.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operating a rigid lorry
- Unloading deliveries
- Communicating with clients
- Pre-trip vehicle inspections
- Route planning
- Adhering to the companies’ policies and procedures
Requirements:
- A valid C License
- CPC & Tachograph cards
- Previous experience operating rigid trucks
- Multi drop experience
- Commitment to safe and timely driving
- Ability to start work in the early hours of the morning
