Salary: €45,000-€55,000

Location: Dublin

Supply Chain Coordinator

Leading global co-operative organisation manages international operations and commercial activities across multiple regions. With a large revenue and a team of nearly 3,000 employees, it operates through several business units and multiple production facilities around the globe. Its commercial division drives brand marketing and sales, supported by regional production sites and in-market teams worldwide. The organisation also oversees global procurement, trading strategies and risk management.

You will partner with the supply chain operations team to drive efficiency and optimise processes across the value chain. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end operations. The analyst will utilise problem-solving and interpersonal skills to gather insights from internal teams and external partners, delivering recommendations that enhance overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities
• Participate in or lead cross-functional discussions to identify process improvements and optimal ways of working.
• Facilitate conversations that define improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Conduct thorough research and validate supply chain data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Continuously review methodologies and processes to drive ongoing improvements across the department.
• Regularly review and validate supply chain costs using relevant systems and processes.
• Partner with the business process manager to develop reporting tools that improve cost visibility and identify savings opportunities.
• Track and measure supply chain performance, providing clear reports to stakeholders.
• Support leadership in designing and implementing methods to collect and manage supply chain data.
• Maintain professional relationships with service providers, promoting company values and initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to encourage cooperation and cross-functional working.

Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and optimise supply chain data, processes and workflows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations and best practices.
• Ability to use databases and reporting tools, with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Skilled at converting complex data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
