Depot-to-depot Artic Driver
Renowned FMCG company in South Dublin is seeking a skilled Artic Truck Driver to join their dynamic team. As an Artic Truck Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods throughout Ireland. Experience working with ambient artic trucks and performing depot-to-depot or multi-drop deliveries is desirable for this role.
This role offers a competitive salary, and you will be granted a tax-free meal allowance every day. This position involves unloading and loading trucks, so a level of physicality is required. Be part of a family-owned business that provides for their employees.

Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently, following established procedures and regulations.
• Plan and execute optimal routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
• Ensure the safety and security of both the vehicle and the cargo during transit.
• Conduct thorough daily inspections of the truck to identify and address any potential issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience driving Articulated trucks.
• Full CE Irish/EU driver’s license, CPC card, and Tachograph.
• Manual handling skills and the capability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortability with night-time driving and have the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous experience handling and transporting perishable goods.
