Recruitment Consultant
Top Drawer Talent, a leading recruitment agency specialising in logistics, supply chain, and procurement, is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Dublin 8. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who is ready to transition into recruitment, develop industry-specific expertise, and earn a recognised qualification. Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients within the logistics, supply chain, and procurement sectors, understanding their hiring needs and business culture
• Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for roles
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on search progress and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction
• Write and post compelling job ads to attract qualified candidates while adhering to best practices in SEO and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to share market insights and identify talent trends that could benefit client recruitment strategies
• Participate in the National College of Ireland’s Level 8 Recruitment Degree apprenticeship, applying learned theories and practices directly to daily responsibilities
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand professional networks and represent Top Drawer Talent positively
• Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably with a background in recruitment or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for liaising with clients and candidates effectively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic about learning, with a commitment to professional development through the Level 8 Recruitment Degree apprenticeship
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in candidate and client management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving abilities when handling recruitment challenges
• A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach to daily tasks and client interactions
• Eligibility to work and study in Ireland, as the role and apprenticeship are based in Dublin 8
