Industry-leading company seeks a skilled counter balance operator?

Exciting opportunity for a Counter Balance Driver with a well-established distribution company in Dublin, known for delivering high-quality electrical solutions to clients across Ireland. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to expand their dedicated operations team and are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join them.

You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth and efficient warehouse operations, supporting the logistics team, and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Given the increased business demand, the company operates on both morning and afternoon shifts, so flexibility in working hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles for delivery schedules.
• Safely transport products and supplies to designated areas.
• Help manage inventory by maintaining accurate stock levels and record-keeping.
• Work with the warehouse and logistics team to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Perform daily safety checks to ensure the equipment is in working condition.
• Always adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• Valid counterbalance forklift license.
• Previous experience as a counterbalance driver, preferably in a busy warehouse environment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
