Role: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Salary: €16.00 per hour
Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: North West Business Park, Dublin 15
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Thriving logistics company based in North West Business Park, Dublin 15, is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to secure a full-time position with consistent weekday hours and a competitive hourly rate.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods throughout the warehouse, supporting inbound and outbound logistics activities, and maintaining high standards of health and safety. The role requires a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles in line with company procedures.
• Move stock to designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, prepare and stage orders for dispatch.
• Conduct daily forklift safety checks and report any defects.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Maintain accurate stock movements and warehouse records.
• Ensure all products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organised and free from hazards.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational targets.

Requirements:
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to lift and move goods when required.
• Flexibility to assist with general warehouse duties.
• Own transport advantageous but not essential..
