Salary: €32,000 per year

Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Driver

Experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Forklift Driver required for busy and modern distribution centre based in Dublin. This role is within a large-scale warehouse environment supporting the storage and movement of technical products and materials.

The company operates a state-of-the-art distribution facility, handling a wide range of stock and ensuring efficient supply to customers across industrial, commercial and residential sectors.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment where no two days are the same, playing a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. You will take ownership of key tasks across goods handling and stock movement, ensuring products are moved safely, efficiently, and accurately at all times.

You will be a key part of the team, helping maintain a well-organised, high-performing warehouse while contributing to daily targets and overall operational success. Responsibilities:
• Operate counterbalance and/or reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload and move stock within the warehouse
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
• Support goods inwards and goods outwards processes
• Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate (essential)
• Counterbalance and/or Reach forklift licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong awareness of safety and space management
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team
• Good level of spoken English
