Project Coordinator
Dynamic company in the construction, service, and maintenance industry is seeking a mechanically minded Project Coordinator to join their team in Parkwest. Specialising in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, the company delivers high-quality solutions to a diverse range of clients. This role is ideal for someone with technical expertise and a passion for coordinating projects within the mechanical field.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all installations, maintenance tasks, and service requests are handled efficiently. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll oversee project timelines, budgets, and the implementation of mechanical systems. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage projects involving refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues during the project lifecycle.
• Assist in planning and executing project schedules and timelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide administrative support, including the coordination of meetings, minute-taking, and project documentation.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance projects meet health and safety regulations.
• Offer practical insights into system designs, optimising project outcomes where necessary.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in project coordination within the construction, service, or maintenance industry, particularly with refrigeration or air conditioning systems.
• A strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes, with a focus on HVAC.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A technical or engineering qualification related to mechanical, or HVAC systems is an advantage.
