A well-established company in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Purchasing and Compliance Manager to oversee procurement processes while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance. This position requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge of supply chain management, procurement best practices, and compliance regulations.
You will play a crucial role in streamlining purchasing operations, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and maintaining high compliance standards across the organisation. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise purchasing processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual agreements.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance assessments to maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor and enforce procurement policies to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Analyse market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Oversee contract management, ensuring all agreements meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Lead audits and internal assessments to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Implement best practices in supply chain management to drive operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor procurement staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to procurement and supply chain operations.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain, or business management.
