Reach Truck Driver

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy distribution and warehouse operation based in Citywest, Dublin 24. This position would suit a reliable warehouse professional with strong forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity.

Working as part of an established warehouse team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement, storage and replenishment of stock throughout the warehouse. The role requires previous Reach Truck experience, strong stock handling skills and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent warehouse standards.

Responsibilities
• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload and move stock between warehouse locations.
• Carry out pallet put-away and stock replenishment duties.
• Support goods-in and goods-out operations.
• Ensure products are stored accurately within designated racking locations.
• Assist with order picking and dispatch activities when required.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
• Support stock takes and cycle counts.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.

Requirements
• Valid Reach Truck Licence is essential.
• Previous Reach Truck experience within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience with stock movements, pallet put-away and replenishment.
• Experience supporting goods-in and goods-out activities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• High attention to detail and commitment to stock accuracy.
• Experience carrying out stock checks and inventory activities would be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience using warehouse systems, scanners or handheld devices would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have previous Reach Truck experience, strong warehouse experience and a proven ability to work safely and accurately within a busy operation. Experience with stock control, goods-in, goods-out and warehouse equipment would be highly beneficial for this position.
