Recruitment Consultant
Top Drawer Talent is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dublin. Specializing in the supply chain and procurement space, this role offers a unique opportunity for both seasoned recruiters and individuals eager to break into the recruitment industry.

The successful candidate will be a key player in sourcing top-tier talent, engaging with clients, and ensuring the perfect match between candidates and job roles. As a Recruitment Consultant at Top Drawer Talent, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary ranging from €25,000 to €35,000, coupled with an attractive bonus structure. In addition, we provide comprehensive support through our Employee Assistance Program and offer a €350 contribution towards a gym membership.

This role requires onsite work from Monday to Friday for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you must be eligible to work in Ireland as sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in supply chain and procurement roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Create compelling job advertisements and utilise various channels to attract top talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Requirements:
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong interest in starting a career in the recruitment industry.
• Familiarity with the supply chain and procurement sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
