Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
Salary: €30,000 – €34,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE €45,000+)
Duration: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Dublin 10
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 18:00 | Friday 08:30 – 16:30

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Logistics & Supply Chain

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing recruitment business as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the fast-paced logistics and supply chain sector. No previous recruitment experience is required as a comprehensive 12-week training programme has been designed to equip you with everything needed to build a successful career in recruitment.

From your very first day, you will become part of a busy recruitment team, learning through real, hands-on experience rather than simply classroom-based training. You will work alongside an experienced consultant who will mentor and coach you through every stage of the recruitment process. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will develop skills in business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client management, negotiation and account management while building long-term relationships with leading employers across Ireland. Alongside a competitive basic salary, the role offers uncapped commission, allowing ambitious individuals to significantly increase their earnings as they develop.

Responsibilities
• Complete a structured 12-week recruitment training programme.
• Learn and develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Build relationships with clients operating within the logistics and supply chain sector.
• Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and business development activities.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for permanent vacancies.
• Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to successful placement.
• Arrange interviews and prepare candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and recruitment systems.
• Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Achieve agreed sales and recruitment targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Requirements
• Strong English written & spoken to a native standard.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Experience within a call centre, trade counter, hospitality, retail or another busy customer service role would be highly advantageous.
• Alternatively, someone looking for a genuine long-term career change with the ambition to succeed.
• Confident communicating with people over the telephone and face-to-face.
• A resilient and positive attitude with the ability to work towards targets.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to develop a successful career.
• A team player with a professional and proactive approach.
