Salary: €42,000 – €45,000 per year

Are you an experienced Rigid Driver looking for a stable role with a reliable schedule? A new opportunity is available in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This role involves delivering pallet loads to warehouses, primarily within the Dublin area, ensuring timely and efficient service to clients. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00,
The ability to assist with loading your truck when required would be an advantage, making the operation more seamless and efficient. This role provides an excellent chance to utilise and further develop your skills in logistics and transportation.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a rigid truck for the delivery of pallet loads to warehouses in the Dublin area.
• Adhere to designated routes and schedules to ensure punctual deliveries.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance issues as required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including proof of delivery documents.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to confirm delivery details.
• Assist with loading the truck when required, particularly if you hold a forklift certificate.
• Ensure compliance with all road safety and company regulations at all times.
Requirements:
• Full, clean rigid truck driving licence (Category C).
• Driver CPC certification and up-to-date driver’s card.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Dublin and the surrounding areas for efficient route planning.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
• Physical ability to load and unload pallets when necessary.
• Forklift certification is highly desirable but not essential.
