Role: Rigid Driver
Salary: €45,000 per annum

Excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated Rigid Driver to join a well-established logistics company based in Dublin 15. Offering job security, consistent hours, and long-term progression opportunities, this role is ideal for drivers looking to build a sustainable career in transport. You will be working in a physically demanding role that involves early morning starts and early finishes, with shifts scheduled across five days over a seven-day week.

Start times typically range between 5:00am and 6:00am, offering the benefit of completing the working day earlier than traditional hours. Responsibilities:
• Complete daily rigid driving routes efficiently and in line with assigned schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks in accordance with regulations
• Load and unload goods safely, adhering to manual handling guidelines
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and the public
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with dispatchers and warehouse staff to optimise operations
• Comply fully with road safety, tachograph and company driving policies

Requirements:
• Full and valid Category C driving licence
• Up-to-date EU Driver CPC qualification
• Valid digital tachograph card
• Ability to pass a driving assessment as part of the interview process
• Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of the role
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
• Strong awareness of road safety and vehicle compliance
• Excellent time management and communication skills
