Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate and optimise inventory management, including stock control and order fulfilment processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across all warehouse functions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for team issues, resolving conflicts and providing clear communication.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, suggesting improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader operational objectives.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Warehouse Operative or in a similar role within the logistics industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a hands-on approach to challenges.
• Relevant certifications in warehouse operations or team management (desirable).
