Supply Planning Manager

Premium textile company is on the hunt for a standout Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of its end-to-end supply chain. You will lead the supply chain function, ensuring excellence at every stage. You will take ownership of inventory strategy, shaping a forward-thinking approach that balances availability, efficiency and cost. Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams, you will play a central role in guiding the IBP process and delivering against key performance targets.

Operating at the heart of the business, you will bring clarity, direction and energy to the supply chain team creating a culture where performance is consistently elevated. At the same time, you will play a pivotal role in refining procurement operations, strengthening long-term supplier partnerships and ensuring the supply base reflects the same commitment to qualivty as the brand itself.

Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you will provide clear, timely insights that inform decision-making and drive performance across the organisation.

The role is based in North Dublin, operating on a flexible hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote. You will also have the opportunity to connect directly with manufacturing partners throughout the year, gaining valuable on-the-ground insight into the craft behind the product.

Responsibilities
• Drive the advancement of the IBP process by working collaboratively with key cross functional partners across the organisation.
• Lead, develop and elevate the end to end planning team, strengthening capability and fostering a high performance culture.
• Define and champion KPIs and performance measures that support continuous improvement across all areas of supply chain planning.
• Oversee finished goods production scheduling, ensuring demand forecasts and factory capacity are aligned to maintain strong availability within global distribution centres.
• Implement modern, industry standard planning practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce dependency on manual processes.
• Shape and embed supply chain strategies that are effectively adopted throughout the organisation.
• Strengthen supplier management by supporting the procurement function in building and overseeing robust governance frameworks.
• Optimise inventory planning across markets, channels, categories and business streams to consistently deliver high quality outcomes.

Requirements
• Experience across demand planning and end to end supply chain operations, with the ability to align strategic and operational priorities.
• Proven leadership in building and developing high performing teams, driving capability growth and excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning, with the influence to support effective cross functional adoption.
• Deep understanding of advanced supply and demand planning practices.
• Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills, enabling strong cross functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated resilience and sound judgement in high pressure, time sensitive environments.
• Strategic expertise in designing and delivering supply chain initiatives that improve efficiency, optimise costs, and support long term business performance.
