Role Overview:
As a Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in the recruitment industry, with a specific focus on roles within the supply chain and procurement sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage client relationships in the supply chain and procurement sectors
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Meet individual and team targets
• Continuously develop industry knowledge
• Maintain and update recruitment databases

Key Requirements:
• Must be self-managing, motivated, and eager to learn
• A grade H5 or above in two higher-level subjects in the Leaving Certificate, together with a minimum of O6/H7 in four other subjects
• A minimum of grade O6/H7 in both English and Mathematics
• Holders of QQI Level 5 or Level 6 (or equivalent) qualifications can also apply
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in supply chain and procurement industries
