Salary: €30,000 – €34,000 per annum

You’ll learn how to source and attract candidates, manage client relationships and support businesses with their hiring needs. The role requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, resilience and a proactive approach. Previous experience in a high-volume call centre, outbound sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar target-driven environment will provide an excellent foundation for success.
Responsibilities:
• Source and identify suitable candidates using job boards, social media and networking activities
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for vacancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications
• Arrange interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients
• Develop an understanding of specialist recruitment markets
• Support business development activities and client account management
• Maintain accurate records using recruitment software and CRM systems
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Deliver a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a busy call centre, telesales, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar environment
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone throughout the day
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated by targets, performance and career progression
• Resilient, determined and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Professional and confident approach
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full right to work in Ireland
