Job Description

Role: VNA Driver.

Salary: €16-€18 per hour.

Duration: Contract.

Location: Citywest.

Hours:  Monday to Friday.

VNA Driver

Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) operator looking for an exciting challenge. Based in Citywest this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment with a focus on efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating VNA trucks and a proactive approach to contributing to warehouse operations.

You will join a busy, team-oriented workplace where commitment and reliability are essential. In this role you will demonstrate your capabilities operating the VNA safely while adhering to the company’s rules and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift truck in a high-rack storage environment, ensuring safe handling of goods at varying height.
  • Load and unload products from shelving units, ensuring proper placement and secure handling during transport.
  • Comply with all warehouse and company-specific operational procedures, policies, and industry regulations to ensure consistency and quality standards.
  • Regularly inspect and perform basic maintenance on the VNA forklift, including checking fluid levels, battery charge, and tires to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a safe working environment by following company safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Certificate (Required).
  • Valid Manual Handling Certificate (preferred).
  • FMCG Experience Essential
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing warehouse demand.
