Growing FMCG company based in Dublin 24 is looking for an experienced Voice Picker to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are seeking weekly pay, Monday to Friday daytime hours while offering a great work-life balance.

In this role, you will use voice-directed technology and operate a Power Pallet Truck (PPT) to accurately pick and verify goods, helping to meet your daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Apart from your picking activities, you will assist with loading orders for dispatch and support general warehouse duties when required. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of an expanding team, apply now and start tomorrow.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick products using a voice-directed picking system to fulfil customer orders.
• Achieve daily picking targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse area clean and organised to comply with health and safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as power pallet trucks (PPT) and pallet trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stock accuracy by reporting discrepancies and ensuring correct quantities are picked.
• Notify relevant personnel of any system errors, damaged goods, and stock shortages.

Requirements:
• Experience with voice-directed technology is necessary.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
• Important level of accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• PPT certified a distinct advantage.
• Manual handling certificate required.
• Prior experience in FMCG environments is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
