A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a growing medium-sized operation in North Dublin. This role is ideal for a professional with strong warehouse management skills, a background in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring productivity targets are met and compliance with safety regulations is maintained. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Managing and mentoring warehouse staff to maintain a productive work environment.
• Implementing and utilising WMS systems to streamline operations.
• Ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Monitoring and improving warehouse processes to increase efficiency.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Setting performance targets and reporting on key metrics.
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong IT skills, particularly experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting key operational targets.
