Role: Warehouse Operative
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 per annum
Duration: Contract
Location: Baldonnell
Hours: Monday to Friday

Warehouse Operative
Family run business that has been in operation for over 40 years are seeking a skilled warehouse operative to join their team. You will work in a forward-thinking company who value innovation and integrity and are recognised as an industry leader.
Reporting directly to the team leader, you will engage in core warehouse tasks such as unloading trucks, sorting items, labelling products and ensuring proper handling of goods. You will also need to perform other warehouse duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading goods from delivery trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling to prevent damage.
• Conduct inspections of incoming stock, checking for defects.
• Receiving of products that will include physical unloading and put away to a location.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, particularly related to counterbalance operations.
• Performing general tasks and duties as assigned by management, including general warehouse duties.

Requirements:

• Manual Handling essential.
• Counterbalance License preferred but not essential .
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the role, some heavy lift may be required.
