Salary: €16 per hour
Duration: Full-time, Permanent (39 hours per week)
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with an early finish on some Fridays

General Operative

Well-established company in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, is seeking a skilled General Operative to join their team. This is a blended role that involves both warehouse operations and delivery driving, offering variety and hands-on experience in a dynamic working environment.
The successful candidate must hold a full B EU driving licence, along with valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a combination of driving and warehouse duties, working efficiently as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of deliveries and stock management.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• Load and unload deliveries efficiently, maintaining safety standards.
• Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move stock as required.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock control and order picking.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform manual handling tasks as needed in the warehouse.
• Maintain records of deliveries and stock movements accurately.

Requirements:
• Full B EU driving licence (essential).
• Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas for efficient deliveries.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Manual handling experience is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
