Supply Chain Manager

Opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation in North Dublin. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function within a dynamic environment, while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model of three days onsite and two days working from home. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting business growth and delivering best-in-class supply chain performance.

This position will suit a commercially aware and results-oriented professional who thrives in both strategic and operational capacities. Managing a team of three, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, planning, inventory and logistics functions. The role requires strong leadership capability, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business. It also provides an opportunity to contribute to high-level decision-making and shape the future direction of the supply chain function.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain function, including procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of three, fostering a high-performance culture
• Partner with the Head of Supply Chain to deliver strategic initiatives and long-term supply chain improvements
• Ensure optimal inventory levels, balancing cost efficiency with service level requirements
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and supplier performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to align with business and customer needs
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity and resilience
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager or similar role within manufacturing, FMCG, or a related sector
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, planning and logistics
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
• Degree or professional qualification in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field is desirable
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimisation methodologies
